String trio with laid-back songs Easy-going: Chillele's eclectic repertoire will be on show at Artworks Theatre. Go to waihekemarket place.co.nz and click on latest edition to see Chillele in action. The cello, ukulele and guitar are the instruments of choice for the trio called Chillele who will be performing at the Artworks Theatre this Friday. Chillele is comprised of three neighbours who jam together having met at a local open microphone night. Pedro Olding, Angela Fox and Mark Watson play the cello, ukulele and guitar and take turns at lead and backing vocals on songs they have chosen for their laid-back, easy- going style. The repertoire is billed as being eclectic and cohesively threaded together by the trio s unique swing-lilt. This is Chillele s first venture to Waiheke where they will be performing at Artworks Thea- tre on April 27 at 8pm. Tickets cost $20 on the door or $15 if prepaid at the theatre s TimeOut Cafe.
